The SU-400 Li Ultra Hardness Tester is a portable hardness tester that combines dynamic rebound Leeb measurement method and static ultrasonic dimensional measurement method. The SU-400 not only supports ultrasonic manual 1kg, 2 Kg, 5 Kg, 10 Kg probes and electric 0.3 Kg and 1kg probes for ultrasonic contact impedance measurement, but also supports 7 dynamic impact devices for Leeb measurement, namely D, DC, DL, D+15, C, E, G for dynamic Leeb rebound measurement.

SU-400 is a dual-purpose machine that can be used to measure thin and rough samples using ultrasonic methods, as well as rough samples using the Richter method. On a single machine, not only did ultrasound solve the problem of the Leeb hardness tester being unable to measure electroplated and hardness layer samples, but also the Leeb method was used to solve the problem of ultrasound being difficult to measure the hardness of coarse-grained materials.
